Workshop Introduction:
For the past 5-years I have worked extensively photographing a number of different individual foxes and through countless hours of patiently waiting and observing, I have got to understand their nightly habits very well! I am therefore now in a position to offer this as an incredibly unique workshop experience. Strictly limited to only a handful of bookings over the Spring and Summer months, this will be an special opportunity for fellow photographers to build a body of work at what is undoubtedly some of the best fox sites in the country at present, as featured on the 2018 series of BBC SpringWatch. These workshops are held on a 1:1 basis with full tuition provided throughout. Based during the hours of darkness, specialist flash equipment will be required, however, this will be provide free of charge. Photographers should be prepared for a potentially long night, waiting both outside in the elements and also inside the warmth and comfort of a vehicle depending upon the location.
Location & Time
This workshop is held close to the city of Norwich, please note, however, the well-being of the foxes is the utmost important factor here, and so it is essential that the workshop location(s) visited throughout the night are kept strictly confidential. The exact workshop location will only be given to participants upon booking confirmation. We will aim to meet an hour or so before sunset where we will photograph the foxes during the ‘golden hour’ (if conditions allow), and will then continue the workshop until approximately midnight.
Covid-19 Booking Policy
During these difficult times I understand that you may have concerns when it comes to booking future workshops or events. I have worked hard to improve my existing booking policies for all future workshop and tours, to ensure that you can book with full confidence and peace of mind. If any workshops are cancelled as a result of COVID restrictions, all payments including workshop deposits will be refunded within 14 working days. Workshops are held in a safe environment where adequate social distancing measures can be met. I will brief all workshop participants at the beginning of the session so that we all understand the rules and ensure everyone’s safety concerns are met.
